I just wouldn’t recommend to come for so many days like we did if you are going as a couple. Like I said, with the exception of a few things I think this was a very good hotel to visit and I would recommend others to come. Also, the night shows and dancers were very entertaining but I wished they lasted more then just 30 minutes. We also enjoyed Michael Jordon (he had various roles within the hotel). He was hilarious and took good care of us. We especially loved Abraham by the main pool. The staff were very polite and attentive. The restaurants were ok but also lacked variety. We stayed for a week and I felt I was eating the same things over and over again. The grounds were beautiful and I loved my swim out. (We made sure to give her a good tip when we left). I’m guessing that’s why it took them a while to give us our room.) On the other hand, the maid was very nice, polite and apologetic. (I honestly think they overlooked that I was there for my anniversary because when I mentioned it to the check in person he seemed surprised and he quickly called someone to tell them.

We finally got our room around 4pm and that was a little disappointing because I was expecting a “Happy Anniversary” sign on our door (like I saw on other people’s doors and on videos I searched) but there was no sign and when the bell boy opened the door there were still linens on the dresser and chair which made me think they did not do a full cleaning of the room before giving it to me. We arrived around 2pm so we were still early to receive our room (check in started at 3pm) but thankfully they let us go to the buffet to eat in the meantime (we were starving! Lol) We got back to the lobby around 315 but our room was still not ready. We also did not receive a welcoming drink like we have had at other hotels (perhaps it was due to COVID but it’s not a hugh deal). It just didn’t have that grand feeling I was expecting). The lobby was “ok” (compared to other hotels we have stayed at. There were a few things I did not like and wished they improved on, for example: I did not feel very welcomed when we first arrived. Overall, our experience in the hotel was good. My husband and I planned this trip for our 10 year anniversary between June 5-12, 2021. The ocean you couldn’t go in due to seaweed but every pool was available. The hidden gem is the water park such a blast. Every one greeted you with Hola when walking by. I plan to return but this was a great trip. Private Pool was clean and preferred bar was a great spot. Reimy and Angelica were very kind and warm with greetings us each night for dinner. He was also a burst of energy dancing and having great convo. At the preferred pool we always had Javier greet us and providing drinks.

I will definitely request to have him in future. I was very pleased with how he always followed thru on any questions or he would personally meet us and made sure we knew where we going. He sent updates of activities through out the day to keep us aware of events going on and ways we can have fun. He planned and adjusted all that he could to make sure it was a breeze for us. He treated us as family and always had our best interest at heart. Angel (Butler) was a phenomenal host always checking up and making sure we were good from eating, to partying and just having a grand time. Check in to check out everything was a breeze. My significant other and I had a phenomenal time. We were so impressed with the resort overall, beautiful, great rooms, awesome pools design, good entertainment at night and most of all unbelievable commitment by the staff to provide consistent good service. I highly recommend booking preferred so you can experience this unique service. We really appreciated his service, it made the stay carefree and less stressful. G was always checking in on us, we talked everyday, anything that came up we will send him a message and he would respond right away. G, since we booked Preferred we were assigned a Butler who made sure everything was taking care of during our stay. I would like to give a shot out to our Butler Mr. We just got back from this resort, this was our first all inclusive experience and we had an awesome time! This resort is beautiful, laid out very well, what is really cool about this property, its actually two resorts in one, Breathless is connected so you can enjoy the amenities of both resorts! The service here was extremely great, all the staff on both resorts are very attentive, nice and friendly.
